Former criminal prosecutor

My name is Danny Wilson and I help clients defend against DUI charges for clients in the Charleston area in South Carolina. I am a former prosecutor with over 17 years of legal experience, including extensive trial experience.

Restoring you driver's license

When I initially meet with a client, they are often new to the criminal justice system. They are concerned about having their license suspended, and the other serious consequences that can come from a DUI conviction, such as jail time or increased insurance costs. I immediately request an administrative hearing for my clients and tell them about various programs that they can work through to help possibly get their license back. These steps need to be taken very quickly after being charged with or arrested for a DUI. If you do not act within 30 days of your arrest, your license could be automatically suspended for XX months.

Defending DUI and Drunk Driving charges in South Carolina

I will examine the case, the actions of the police, whether the stop was legal, any evidence that is available, and then determine a strategy for how best to defend the case. I am upfront with my clients and tell them the pros and cons of their case, the worst and best thing that may happen, and what possible fines or other consequences they may face.

Contact Wilson Law Offices, LLC to schedule a free initial consultation to discuss your DUI charges. I make jail visits and offer weekend appointments for the convenience of my clients. Call 843-847-6161 today to schedule an appointment
